We're back on the road tomorrow for the final, Northern leg of our Go Together tour. We'll be playing at The Exchange in North Shields tomorrow, in Wadsworth on Friday at a sold out show supporting Martin Simpson, and finally in Sheffield on Sunday for the official launch.

Thank Goodness It's Folk! - 02/09/2016
Alice was interviewed on Sheffield Live this morning about the new album, Go Together, which is due to arrive next week and to be officially released on 2nd October. The show feature also included a live rendition of 'The Grove' and an exclusive first play of one track from 'Go Together' - if you missed it you can still listen to the podcast here.
Album and Tour Update - 03/07/2016
After a productive weekend's recording we're still on track to have our album, 'Go Together', ready for official release on October. If you want your hands on a copy earlier, we'll be selling it on our tour, which starts in just a couple of months - see the events page for your nearest gig (a few still to be confirmed). We'll soon be uploading the album artwork, which we shot on a beautiful trip to the Western Isles, to our website and social media - keep an eye out!
Shepley Spring Festival - 21-22/05/2016
Thanks to Shepley Spring Festival for having us along. We enjoyed three lovely gigs - Friday night in the church with the Shepley Singers, Saturday afternoon playing to the bustling bar tent, and Sunday afternoon in the village hall concert.
New Roots Concert - 10/04/2016
We had a great day the the New Roots event for young musicians in St Albans, sharing the stage with a fantastic bunch of talented people both in concert and in session, and getting some useful and encouraging advice from the panel of judges.
New Roots - we're finalists!
We're delighted to announce that we have just discovered we're finalists in this year's New Roots competition. The final is in a month's time, and we're really looking forward to getting some feedback on our performance and to meeting the other young musicians.
Album Update - 21/02/2016
We’re busy working on our first album at the moment and planning a launch tour for September. Looking forward to posting more info on the release once we’re further through the recording process, but for now we’ve uploaded a couple of demos to soundcloud (more to follow soon) – hope you enjoy them!

Shrewsbury Folk Festival: an unexpected performance! – 24/08/2014
As if this year’s SFF line-up wasn’t excitement enough, the cherry on our festival cake was winning the Open Mic Competition and having the chance to play on the Sabrina stage! The competition was really tough and we were delighted and surprised to be selected. Thanks to the judges who voted us through and to everyone who came to listen and sung along so beautifully.
Folk Boat – 22/08/2014

Thank you so much to everyone who came to our Christmas concert in the beautiful setting of Redgrave Church, and to our good friend Jonny Wilde who opened for us. In spite of biting cold we had a wonderful time and we hope that everyone enjoyed themselves and went home feeling festive.

Acoustics Underground – 29/10/2012
After the success of a one-off charity gig that we organised last year in Clare Cellars under this name, we’ve decided to make it a regular event in the Clare Live calendar. This year’s inaugural Acoustics Underground featured Dave Neale & Alyssa Ralph, ourselves, and August and After (formerly Esperada) with Jess Fish & Theo Kung. Thanks so much to everyone who came and made it another really successful and enjoyable event.

Folk on the Frith - 01/09/2012
It was an honour to play the opening set at the Little Ouse Headwaters Project's 10th Anniversary celebration, a fantastic local (for Alice) conservation charity. We were followed by Ben Grizzly and the Loose leaf drifters, and ended a wonderful evening dancing beneath a full moon to Cambridge University Ceilidh band - thanks to everyone involved in organising the event!
UCS Garden Party - 22/06/2012
In spite of driving rain, we opened the May Week Garden Party for the Union of Clare Students. Thanks to everyone who held onto the legs of the gazebo to stop it lifting off for a second time, and congratulations to the new UCS exec. on a great event - we're glad that the sun came out eventually!

Songs to Make you Smile - 09/05/2012
We had a lovely time playing to a very appreciative and participatory audience in Brooke Village Hall on Easter Bank Holiday Monday. This charity concert with friends was organised by our friend Jonny Wilde, to fund his trip to Africa this summer to teach first aid. We're thrilled to have helped raise a staggering £1000!

Acoustics Underground - 10/03/2012
Our friend Lottie Graham is involved in an innovative group of Southampton engineering students - Cameroon Catalyst - who are building a school in a village in Cameroon this year. We organised this gig to raise money to help her, and made about £200. Huge thanks to Alex & Will for playing the opening set, and Esperada, who closed for us.
